Xtras if you are willing to take a second look and able to download a series from my irc channel then I will give you guys a second chance, tommarow by the latest I will have a series that had no earthly reason to be rejected it is small (meets your requirments) has great video quality and has styled subs (beautiful subs by the way) it is called Elemental Gelade, they are my V2 and are amazing I QCed them myeslf and with many of my local friends who warship you guys (no idea why) and they recommended to upload it at Bakabt so I went to get this one looked at never received a response for them since I submitted it
the irc channel is located on irc.anime-irc.net in the #lightningblade channel I am generally around and my right hand man ... well sleeps a lot so if I am not around yell at kuro for a while lol
I'm not trying to be mean, but if Xtras took the time to personally download and review each offer, he would never have the time to do it all. There's no reason to be asking for special treatment. Why not just submit it the normal way?
BTW, are you going to offer it here on AnimePassion also? I haven't watched it yet and my friend recommended it to me, and looking at the current offers, I'd say your encode sounds more appealing!
P.S. lol sorry but I just have to say, I hope the spelling and grammer of your subs are better than that in your post!

if he likes it I will tell him to look at the others I have up
I am uploading as many series as I can on my irc channel
then I will be creating a link page here on this site
all my stuff will be linked to my irc channel from here, the only other vistors are people I know and then people who visit my anidb page which is not many

I went through and compared your encode to a couple of other sources. Didn't have much spare time until now, so sorry for the delay first off. Here's the deal.
Inexcusable:
1. Wrong Framerate - jerky in all scrolling/high motion scenes.
2. Wrong Anamorphic - I'm almost certain something went wrong here. Relative to all the other encodes your characters look stretched and distorted to me
Annoying:
1. GIANT white typesetting that covers up half the screen when the title comes up. That too when the english was already in the video to begin with.
2. Some hard to read font choices
3. Feels like you got lazy with the subs here and there as some parts the font changes to plain white with a super thin border etc.
I mean, for something which had "no earthy reason to be rejected" I had a hard time finding an excuse to take it. I mean yes it is definitely watchable sure, but I didn't particularly note any significant improvements over AHQ either. If these kinds of errors were present in your other encodes, well that pretty much sums it up why those weren't taken either.

Ah crap. Yeah I can see how that was confusing. My mistake. Cman I'll PM you about the actual offer for Elfen Lied.OH!
that would make a lot more sense... but i would still like to know if the discussion over there is still rolling or if it has stalled.

I've had an account at BoxTorren.... oops, I mean BakaBT for a little over 8 years and I must say the sheer amount of bitching has increased to ridiculous proportions. I believe I really stopped using about 4 or more years ago. Definitely more 'baka' nowadays. Haha. The site was useful at the time though. Definitely before hard drives became so damn cheap and hording all the shows I now want is an easy possibility.
Don't remove your stuff off bakabt, you will hurt other people who want to download your encodes not bakabt.
I do have to agree with this statement. I'm sure there's a few good members here and there.
Anyhow Cman, your Elfen Lied upscale is most excellent. Thanks again.
