i wouldnt say MU takedown as much as the ruling recently over the pirate bay. Koby linked to an article about it recently but i can not find it...

Hmmm.......thats a very disturbing news. Looks like all these popular torrent sites, voluntary or involuntary, will be shutdown in future.

Either that site is owned by the same people from torrent freak or they're simply stealing most of torrent freak's news reports.

Either way, http://torrentfreak.com would be better to keep up with.

This was also partly due to TPB's final appeal failing btw, not just megaupload.
