FileServe can only be used to download and retrieve files that you have uploaded personally.

They won't die out if they make like Uploaded.to and ban all US IP addresses. Sure, their service will take a hit, but they'll still have the majority of the world still around.

I wonder if this is going to lead people to share filehost accounts? A (very small) group of people might load content to an account and let its members know the credentials so that they may download at their leisure. I've done that before in MU with a couple of friends of mine, since they didn't have premium accounts.
Of course this is not meant for anime or any other releases since more than 2-3 IPs logging in at once will start tripping red flags all over the server, lol. Just thinking how people may start to cope with these limitations. Especially for people who have premium accounts which are next to useless now.

That's the thing. They terminated everyone's account before making this change. Even those who'd never uploaded a single file are reporting their accounts were terminated.Just thinking how people may start to cope with these limitations. Especially for people who have premium accounts which are next to useless now.

You're lucky then. I know at least 10 people that never uploaded anything yet was terminated anyways.Mine is still up and running i have not once uploaded a thing to it.
Not like it matters now. Apparently FileServe will be completely shutting down soon. Until then you can only access your own files.
