Hey guys I am not too sure if this can go here but here goes:

As you guys may have noticed, lightingblade has made a few post of his Gunpla (Gundam Plastic) Models. I was thinking that since he already has some posts, I have some models myself and others might too, why not create a new category or sub-section not just for Gundam models but Plastic Models in general. We could have models from any series, maker, scale, etc. it would be to display our builds/completed models and maybe discuss new models that come out, or talk about our favorites, "whish list/wanted" and so on.

Anyways, this is more of a proposition, and I want to get your opinions on this as well. But of course admins have the last word on this.

i dont think it warrants its own section as the general/spam sections are more than accommodating for such things.

he means a sub section in the general/spam section, not a section in its own

Yeah, I definitely agree with Cman -- I don't think we need a dedicated section for models.

The site is for Anime after all.
At least I tried. Case closed then.

Then, one more thing, anyone knows a site (that you frequent/recommend) where they do that, show off Gunpla/Plastic Model collections, discuss them etc.

It depends on what scale and grade (amount of details/extras) you are buying. In a quick run there is 1/144 scale, 1/100, 1/60, and recently 1/48. Each scale has varying grades, I personally prefer 1/100 Master Grade, 1/144 Real Grade and like four 1/60 Perfect Grade but only have the 00 Raiser.
Perfect Grade are the what reach 200+ usd the smaller scales start around 25-30 usd, mind tho this is for Gundam Plastic Models from Bandai. The fun for me is in the build.
As for other series I only have Zoids, I only have 1 scale from Kotobukiya (may be misspelled) my first Plastic Model ever was a Blade Liger. As far as other series I've got no idea.
