Because those are such reliable sources.
They also would go to court before prison... Still, there have been arrests made based on the amended Unfair Competition Prevention Act. The first one was for video game piracy. No one has yet to go to prison, I am pretty sure only one person has got a conviction, something to do with PSPs.
Edit: But my knowledge is a month or so out of date!

Afaik, there was another dude arrested for sharing FMA Brotherhood episode a few years ago. Don't know if he got into prison or not.

im sry Zachimillius but you can not be tried before going to prison. you will get arrested and thrown in jail until your trial date arrives, which could be weeks or months out.

In japan you are held in the local jail rather than a prison institution. Though, I guess you could call a local jail a prison, but that would be incorrect.

Isnt this bad for us viewers?...If the people that originate from the country where anime is made stop sharing with the world, wont that affect us?

But they are different in Japan and Australia. I am sure it is the same in the States, the jail at your local station is very different to a prison. So much so they are different things, albeit with similar functions.

And now it looks like TS providers are starting to leave the game as well. Sites like c6120.com which provides HDTV TS files are shutting down. x/

No idea.
I like to dream of darknet as a global -satellite wifi system. If I was rich I would pay to have telecommunication satellites so I could use a relay system from my private mobile ISP/base station converted tanker out on the ocean to host online content. The only way to connect is if I let you.
